Paul brings his vast experience as a sales and marketing professional to The Cascade Team. He is the Managing Broker in the Carmel office, and a member of the Schulte Realty Group. Prior to joining The Cascade Group, Paul served in national and international positions with the Ford Motor Company, and worked with mid-size and small business and entrepreneurial ventures. These experiences honed his sales, negotiation, and consultation skills that are so vital to successful real estate transactions. Paul’s deep knowledge of the real estate market enables him to set selling and purchasing prices accurately, and negotiate each sale smoothly. His practical experience in home construction, renovation, and maintenance allows him to manage the building, inspection, and appraisal processes flawlessly. Whether buying, selling, or building, Paul is a valuable resource in advising his clients how to bring the greatest value to their homes. In addition, Paul’s affable personality, his ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs, and his desire to simplify often-complicated transactions make him a delight to work with. We are very happy to announce that The Cascade Team has now entered the Indianapolis area market. Indianapolis will be managed by Paul and Nancy Schulte. Paul and Nancy have worked for FC Tucker the largest Brokerage in Indiana for the past several years and have a wealth of experience. Our office will be located in Carmel, Indiana which an affluent suburb of Indianapolis similar to the“Eastside” around Seattle and Scottsdale in Phoenix.
